SBC Self Leadership Lab
The 4Is Recalibration Experience:
Identity · Image · Influence · Impact
Program Description
The Self Leadership Lab is a four-session strategic recalibration experience built on the 4Is Framework: Identity, Image, Influence, Impact. It is designed for leaders and entrepreneurs who are successful, capable, and visible — yet feel internally unsettled, misaligned, or at a crossroads. Whether you are starting something new, feeling stuck in an old cycle, or standing between chapters, the underlying question is the same:
Who am I now? How do I want to show up? Where does my influence truly belong? What impact am I here to create?
This is what the Self Leadership Lab addresses — helping your leadership presence, decisions, and direction move from autopilot to intentional, from scattered to focused, from performative to meaningful.
The Lab helps participants realign:
- Who they are becoming (Identity)
- How they show up and are perceived (Image)
- Where they invest their voice, energy, and attention (Influence)
- What they consciously commit to creating next (Impact)
Core Value Proposition
The Self Leadership Lab (4Is: Identity, Image, Influence, Impact) supports professionals at critical crossroads — starting a business, stuck in autopilot, or between roles — to realign who they are, how they show up, where they focus their influence, and what they intentionally build next. Participants move forward with clarity, coherence, and direction — eliminating self-doubt, confusion, pressure, and decisions driven by outdated patterns or playbooks.
The Pain It Addresses
Many high-performing people at critical crossroads are not stuck — they are misaligned.
They often experience tension even while looking successful:
They are:
– Doing a lot, but unsure what truly matters now
– Visible, but not fully expressed in who they are becoming
– Influential, but scattered across too many priorities or identities
– Busy, yet questioning the meaning and direction of their impact
They face silent gaps between:
– Who they have become and how they present themselves
– What they care about and where they invest their energy
– The identity they are growing into and the roles they still operate from
– Their inner clarity and outer leadership signal
This gap can show up as:
– Doubt when starting something new
– Loss of motivation when stuck in repetition
– Confusion when a role ends and the next step is unclear
The Questions It Helps Answer
For those starting something new:
– What kind of founder or leader do I want to be in this next chapter?
– What do I want this business or venture to stand for, beyond the offer?
– How do I show up with credibility and clarity without copying models that are not me?
For those stuck in autopilot:
– What part of my identity have I outgrown?
– Why does what once motivated me no longer energize me?
– What would it mean to lead and work from intention instead of habit?
For those in between roles:
– Who am I without my last title or organization?
– How do I want to be known and positioned now?
– What kind of environment and contribution would truly fit who I am becoming?
Across all situations:
– Who am I now, beyond past roles, achievements, and labels?
– What do I stand for in this next chapter?
– How am I currently showing up — and is it aligned with who I am becoming?
– Where is my influence naturally strongest, and where is it diluted?
– What deserves my energy, voice, and commitment now?
– What kind of impact do I want to intentionally create over the next 90 days and beyond?
Who It Is For
The Self Leadership Lab is for:
– Leaders and professionals in transition or expansion
– Entrepreneurs and founders redefining themselves as their business evolves
– Senior talents preparing for greater visibility and responsibility
– Coaches, consultants, and experts realigning identity and positioning
– Individuals at an “in-between” moment — no longer who they were, not yet fully who they are becoming
Who It Is Not For
It is not for:
– People looking for tactical leadership skills only
– Those seeking surface-level motivation
– Participants unwilling to engage in reflection and personal responsibility
– Anyone expecting branding, therapy, or personality typing
– Those who want formulas instead of self-leadership maturity
