Missak is an ‘architect of healthy organisations’ and co-founder of Mind Nudger AI: the world’s first mindset navigation platform.

After a corporate career in customer operations and HR, (his last corporate job was Head of Int. HR at Orange telecom), he started his own consulting company in his true passions: people/leadership development and guidance of change.

Realising that organisational change needed a different approach in an exponentially growing world, he co-founded ‘MindNudger AI’ 4 years ago to support mindset transformation at scale, speed, and in a sustainable way.
